Dermatology Resident Receives 
Humanism Award

Caleb Creswell, MD, first-year Dermatology resident, received the Arnold P. Gold Foundation Humanism and Excellence in Teaching Award for Resident Instructors at the 2009 Medical School Honors and Awards Program.  Six residents are awarded annually in recognition of their mentoring and teaching skills.  The winners were determined by medical student votes.  Congratulations, Caleb!

Chair of Dermatology Voted One of the Best Doctors for Women in MN

Maria Hordinsky, MD, Professor and Chair of Dermatology, was nominated by her peers as one of the "Best Doctors for Women" in the May issue of Minnesota Monthly.  Dr. Hordinsky and three other physicians were also interviewed and photographed for the article.  Other University affiliated nominees in Dermatology are Dr. Michelle M. Blaeser, Dr. Kimberly Bohjanen, Dr. Charles Cruthchfield, Dr. Alison M. Lang, Dr. Jennifer M. Lee, Dr. Jane H. Lisko, Dr. Cythia L. Olson, Dr. Steve E.
